N° 02 — Built for Minnesota

Most decks here were built for somewhere warmer.

Frost heave, fifty-pound snow loads, and a winter of freeze-thaw cycles are what actually kill a Minnesota deck. We engineer for that first — then we make it the reason your neighbors come over.

01

Footings below the frost line

Every footing at or below 42 inches, or helical piles with a 10-year heave warranty. Your deck stays where we put it.

02

Composite that shrugs off winter

Trex or TimberTech decking with 25-year fade-and-stain warranties. No staining, no splinters, no spring sanding weekend.

03

Permits and inspections, handled

We pull the permit, schedule footing, framing, and final inspections, and send you the photographs. You'll know exactly what's under your deck.

N° 03 — Real pricing · No email required

A number before the sales call.

N° 04 — How it works

Three visits. Zero mystery.

01

Free 3D design visit

We measure, listen, and render your actual backyard with your actual deck on it — before you spend a dollar.

02

Fixed price in 48 hours

A written quote in two days, with financing options attached. Not "we'll get back to you in May."

03

Built in two weeks

Once we start, we finish — permits, inspections, and cleanup included. You plan the party.

§ 4.2 Start-week promise

If Deckstasy fails to commence work in the committed start week, Deckstasy credits Owner $250 per calendar day until commencement.

§ 6.1 Structural warranty

Footings, beams, and ledger are warranted for ten (10) years from completion. This warranty is written and transfers to subsequent owners.

§ 7.3 Inspection record

Photographs of each footing, framing, and final inspection are delivered to Owner within 48 hours of the inspection.

N° 05 — Sheets

First sheets issue spring 2027.

Every deck we build gets photographed at dusk with the lights on, and filed here with its suburb, budget, and build time. Until the first crews are out, the frames stay empty on purpose.

N° 06 — Winter booking · Spring 2027

20 slots. $500. Refundable.

Reserve a build week and this winter's pricing, get your 3D design session, and be on the deck by Memorial Day while the neighbors are still waiting on quotes. Refundable any time before you approve your design.

One confirmation, one design-call invite. Nothing else.

N° 07 — Fair questions

What people ask before saying yes.

01What does a deck actually cost in the Twin Cities?

Professionally built and permitted: wood from about $14K, quality composite from $26K, multi-level or outdoor-living builds from $38K. Quotes far below that usually mean footings, permits, or insurance are being skipped.

02Wood or composite?

Wood costs less up front and needs staining every 2–3 years. Composite costs more once and then mostly needs a hose. We build both and show you the 10-year math on your own design.

03Will it heave in the spring?

Not if the footings are below 42 inches — ours always are, or we use helical piles with a 10-year heave warranty. That's the single biggest reason old Minnesota decks wobble.

04Is the $500 reservation really refundable?

Fully, any time before you approve your design. It holds a real crew week for you. Minnesota law also gives you a 3-day right to cancel after signing, and we honor it.

05Why "Deckstasy"?

Because you'll be ecstatic. Why, what were you thinking?
